• Specialization in creating unique Capataz profiles (voice, tone, values, emotional response). • Interdisciplinary work between psychology, storytelling, linguistics, and technology. Example: Designing a Capataz for the agricultural industry in northern Mexico, with a direct but respectful language, adapted to the operational environment.
Empathetic communication and human-like AI interactions (Conversational Design)
• Structure and optimization of dialogues that sound approachable, empathetic, and human. • Use of natural language (NLP), regional idioms, and industry adaptation. From "How's the task going?" to "Would you like me to help you reorganize your day?"
